- Advising a Swiss company on a supply contract regarding a power plant with a transaction volume of approximately EUR 50,000,000.00. Preparation of a contract and negotiation.
- Guidance of German exploration companies on the configuration and conclusion of master service agreements with American service providers to the oil and gas industry.
- Advising a leading German manufacturer of track-laying vehicles for the timber industry on the strategic joint venture with a northern Italian manufacturer for slope preparation vehicles. Configuration of the articles of incorporation and partnership agreements.
- Advising a German company on the negotiation and conclusion of a supply contract with an American power plant manufacturer.
- Advising a German energy project company on the negotiation and conclusion of a joint venture with an Australian stock exchange-listed project developer for renewable energy for the implementation and development of power plant technologies in the low temperature segment.
