Restructuring/reorganisation

We give guidance on and organise domestic and foreign reorganisations in accordance with the German Transformation Act [Umwandlungsgesetz] (particularly for a merger, division, change of legal form and asset transfer), this also includes in particular cross-border mergers of a domestic company with a foreign company or the reverse.

We give guidance also on structural measures outside of the German Transformation Act, particularly accrual and contribution.
